The Key for Business Team is looking for an experienced professional with a background in vendor management, account development, and product / service management.
The Install Manager will negotiate, develop and manage relationships with regional or national installation providers internationally.
The Manager will own the relationship between 3rd Party installation providers and Key for Business, serving as the primary liaison.
The Install Manager will be expected to drive the business development, lead negotiation of terms and support, vendor P&L management and drive new growth initiatives and marketing programs.
As a manager developing business internationally, you will have to navigate cultural, governmental and interpersonal conflicts that can manifest in the course of establishing new partnerships and connecting internationally with customers.
The successful Install Manager will be able to:
Work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, as well as coach and develop internal support teams Own the on-boarding and short-term management/growth of new-to-Amazon installation partners, ensuring best-in-class customer experience at launch amid high-visibility activations Build process to scale on-boarding and growth internationally Act as the 'business owner' for the Install Operations Team, possessing a complete understanding (inclusive of the strategic context) of internal and external variables that impact your business (this entails monitoring, understanding and reporting on the business, along with responsibility for driving projects to achieve business objectives) Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor industry developments Audits all elements of multiple subcategory businesses (e.
g.
, inputs, outputs, customer experience, team performance), performs deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes, and makes decisions based on data Provides feedback on existing programs or initiates the creation of new programs to drive vendor participation Creates long-term category solutions that automate or simplify category processes Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new installation opportunities, incorporating marketing and pricing strategies Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, to influence cross-department plans while meeting tight deadlines Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
