Working as part of a cross-functional team with the ProServe Business Operations Managers, ProServe Accounts Receivables (AR) team, ProServe Billing organization and ProServe Business Stakeholders you will drive mechanism improvements in ProServe Financial Operations, identify and resolve customer issues related to credits and rebills, and communicate and resolve issues related to Past Due balances.
Your analysis of data associated with credit and rebills will contribute to the development of our US strategy and drive impact against our Professional Services business objectives.
You will recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation; and assist with delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Travel will be up to 25%.
Key responsibilities include:
Will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for billing process and project management activities in Latin America and Canada Drive resolution for billing and collections issues by partnering with Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Project teams Conducting statistical and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions with regards to invoice credits and rebills.
Designing and building visualization dashboards in SFDC to accelerate information-to-action such as past due balances and collections dashboard to identify red, amber and path to green projects Supporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual planning and execution activities Identifying and documenting process improvement opportunities Contributing to the writing of business papers around financial operations for internal audiences Assisting with tracking and measuring program effectiveness and organizational productivity Collaborating with product management to influence and guide their development roadmaps for SFDC and Tableau.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
