com is looking for an experienced, detail oriented Senior Security Program Manager to define, develop and lead Business Operations for Customer Service Identity and Access Management (CSIAM) in World Wide Customer Service (WWCS).
In this role, you will work across CSIAM Leaders, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to develop and maintain the CSIAM Rhythm of the Business.
You will develop the communication and engagement mechanisms for enabling our customers and partners a clear view into our monthly business reviews, product roadmaps, team dashboards and the multiple engagement mechanisms for leveraging CSIAM Products, Services and Operations.
You will identify where there are gaps in current processes across the team for engagement and communications and provide recommendations and solutions to be implemented to enable our organization to continuously improve.

Key Tasks Include:
Define, develop and implement Business Operations solutions for CSIAM; help teams identify operational excellence metrics to enable CSIAM to scale.
Drive program objectives - provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
Work with CSIAM Leader to develop key metrics for reporting resourcing and prioritization to track progress to goals for the broad CS Security organization.
Use OP1/2 outcomes to develop an overarching roadmap for CSIAM key deliverables and work with teams to ensure it remains accurate.
Establish regular cadence for MBRs, QBRs and Program reviews to keep Leadership apprised of progress, roadblocks, and impact on business partners.
Lead individual process improvement projects, coordinating resources and managing cross-functional inter-dependencies.
Earn Trust of senior leaders, team members, and partners by insisting on the highest standards, delivering quality results and holding teams to strict deadlines.
Provide insights and partner with Leaders to help look around corners and plan for the future.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
