Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a curious, intuitive, high-judgment, and self-motivated Sr.
Program Manager to join the AWS WWCO Americas Professional Services EEWOC team.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to partner with multiple senior business leaders, HR and Recruiting to execute against the organization and Amazon strategy to create a workplace that is irresistible, equitable and inclusive for employees of all backgrounds.
You'll use your skills to work both across several businesses as well as deep dive with specific teams to innovate and pilot solutions and help them apply best practices.
You will own collaborate with stakeholders to design, coordinate, track and measure organization annual initiatives and overall plan.

you will be responsible for strategic planning, management and implementation of New hire training programs for the AWS Support team.
You will be responsible for end-to-end regional program management, strategic stakeholder management, streamline intake process, and work with the curriculum development team to design, develop and update content to ensure proficiency and readiness in our signature/strategic programs.
You will create and manage standardized processes to track success metrics and measuring the impact of the program.
This role is being filled in Seattle, other AWS Support locations may be considered.
As a Sr.
Program Manager, you will pull together a current and future state strategy for ProServe Americas in support of achieving ProServe wide and AWS wide Employee Voice goals.
You will look for opportunities to create cohesion, align with various stakeholder's groups and identify innovative areas of synergy across the organizations and company.
You will also own end to end program development and execution of one to two key programs and look for opportunities to scale across Americas.
End to end program management includes:
overall accountability for the projects, development of business opportunities and scope, leadership of small cross-functional teams, communication of key messages and stakeholder management to raise and resolve barriers.
These programs will range from tactical to strategic and may require you to develop programmatic approaches that are new, and not well defined.
This role will require deep and consistent engagement across global teams.
Some of the key job functions include:
Collaborate effectively with AWS ProServe leadership, program stakeholders, and SMEs.
This includes the creation of new processes, tracking and reporting on the progress of projects, training and onboarding project team members, development and aggregation of program content, reporting progress to program stakeholders and leaders.
Use Learning Management Systems, AWS operational metrics/reports, and other data sources to analyze and report on training and knowledge management results.
Manage projects with cross-functional global teams.
Manage the use of feedback surveys to guide analysis and decision making around programs development and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with using and leveraging training team tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness including the Learning Management Systems, Data Visualization, etc.
Manage multiple global project teams, project plans, and change management processes.
Manage and assist hands-on with content development projects.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the growth and success of AWS Support employees and our customers.
Candidates will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of large-scale program/project solutions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
